Downdraft Work Table

Description
  • The cover pannels provides a better succion at the work location.
  • Table size can be customized according to customer's request.
  • This table can be connected to a blower for evacuation or a filtration unit for heating savings.
  • The slats are installed for an easy replacement when worn.
  • Slats and their support are not painted to provide a good surface ground when cutting with a plasma.
  • A clip is available to connect the ground for the plasma.

Optional Drawes
  • Dust and cutting debris can be easily removed with drawers, this means that you can clean the inside of the table without removing the slats.

Downdraft Dry Table

Updraft Water Table

Downdraft Dry Table:
  • The table is divided into several equal sections with doors and a main conduit that suck air down into the table.
  • Two doors are always open (the ones closest to the plasma tip).
  • The position of the cutting carriage determins the doors to be opened.
  • These doors suck the smoke in the main exhaust conduit integraded in the table.
  • Once in the conduit, the smoke is directed to a filtration system.

Water Table:
  • The plasma jet force the smoke into the water and exit with the majority of its particle removed. But jumping sparks and melted material above the water can produce smoke that can be removed by the updraft system..

Updraft :
  • The system consits of a hood that sucks the smke emitted bu the plasma.
  • The smoke is drawn into a plenum.
  • The plenum is constructed with a trolley on wheels guided on rails with a rubber mat providing an hermetic vacuum.
  • The smoke in the ventilation duct is drected towards a filtration unit.
