The cellulose filter is made of 80% cellulose and 20% polyester. The addition of fine polyester particles increases filtration efficiency and reduces penetration by microscopic particles. The FR model is fire retardant. It can therefore be used when the air contains sparks or particles in fusion, and is strongly recommended for welding, cutting and grinding operations. The fire retardant model is mainly used with the MS-2000 and MC-2000 systems. The vertical model with frame is also available. O/C and O/O are respectively Open/Close and Open/Open filters. An Open/Close filter has a closed end (cover) whereas the Open/Open filter is open at both ends.
Efficiency: 99.5% between 0.2 and 2 microns
Use: Removal of dust and welding smoke from the air.
